Auto Assurance Automotive are a VICROADS certified licensed vehicle tester. A Certificate of Road worthiness is required when a vehicle is sold, if a used vehicle is to be re-registered or, in some cases to clear a Vehicle Defect Notice. Almost every vehicle needs a roadworthy certificate as a mandatory requirement for the vehicle to be driven on road. Rather than compulsion one can also look at it as a safety measure to ensure that your vehicle doesn’t break down in the middle of the road and is fully fit to be driven on road to ensure safety and comfort of the driver.
A roadworthy certificate is usually valid for 30 days and includes a certification of a licenced vehicle tester stating that at least the following parts are in working condition:
• Wheels & Tyres
• Steering, suspension, brakes
• Seats and seat belts
• Lights and Reflectors
• Windscreen (including wipers and washers) and windows
• Structure of the vehicle
• Other safety related items on body, chassis or engine
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, at Auto Assurance we inspect your vehicle according to the guidelines of Vic Roads and ensure the full safety and comfort of the driver. We also help in obtaining RWC by replacing the parts which may cause your vehicle not to be certified roadworthy.

We are based in Dandenong, but also offer reliable car service and repairs for residents of Hallam, Hampton Park, Narre Warren, Keysborough and the surrounding areas.
